Accessibility at The Arden

1812 Productions will be performing our production of La Otra at the Arcadia Stage at Arden Theatre Company, 40 N 2nd St.

All theater spaces at The Arden are accessible for patrons with limited mobility, including ramps, an elevator, and removable ground-level, front row seating. When purchasing tickets, please leave a note in your order or mention to our Box Office any accessibility needs you may have. The Fringe tickets will have an accessible seating ticket option available.

If you have any questions about the information listed here, please contact our Administrative Office at 215-592-9560 or at info@1812productions.org.

Wheelchair Access
We offer seating accommodations to patrons who use wheelchairs or have other accessibility requests. Patrons who use a wheelchair can transfer to a theatre seat, or may remain in their chair and request for a seat to be removed.

Since our production is General Admission seating, you can leave a note with your order, call the box office at 215-592-9560, or email boxoffice@1812productions.org to ensure we reserve an accessible seat for that performance.

Elevator
Our production of La Otra will be upstairs on the Arcadia Stage. There is an elevator available in the main lobby for patrons who cannot or have concerns using the stairs. The elevator is straight back upon entering the lobby, past The Arden’s box office (directly under the ‘H’ in the “F. Otto Haas Stage” sign).

Restrooms
Restrooms are located on both floors. Men’s and Women’s restrooms are available on the first floor. An All-Genders / Family-style restroom is available on the second floor (including a changing table).

Assisted Listening
We will be using The Arden’s assisted listening devices. They will be available at the theatre upon request.

Covid-19 Guidelines
We will have one performance during La Otra that will be mask-required on Sunday, September 21st at 2pm. You can find more information on our Covid-19 guidelines here.
